This is never happening. I wish I'd taken a prop bet around this. Massachusetts loves starting projects like this, making sure that people are well fed with various publicly funded appropriations and studies, and then shutting the whole thing down. Most politically corrupt state in the Union and it's been that way since the Adams brothers threw tea in the harbor. Casinos in MA will never happen. Gas up the Josemobile, we're going to Connecticut.
