at DTW, waiting on Spirit to let me board . Stopping in Ft. Lauderdale for 2 hours ( can we get a game going at the airport?) before I head to Managua to visit my son and 14 month old grandson. DIL is heading back to Michigan for a conference so it's a boys long long hot weekend.

I will be be reporting back to the forum all results from playing on Bovada. Playing .10/.25 zoom. Will try and write down the hands I find interesting. Most will be played under the influence of scotch. I will be player 5. Come rail me.

I'm also going to be reading Dennis Miller's book on How to Read Other Peoples Hands Like a Boss. Review to follow.

Going to also check out all pawn shops in Managua and Granada. Will be trying to fill my mixed casino set.

Think I'll post in 2+2 now , wondering about home games in Nicaragua.

Visited Nicaragua last January for the first time and we are headed back this coming January. Great country! Have a nice trip

A few years ago I backpacked my way through most of Central America.
Nicaragua was a nice surprise since I really didn't know much about it.
Granada is interesting, Leon is a cool town and San Juan del Sur is relaxed.
And the twin lake-island volcanoes of Ometepe were awesome.

But for me the highlight was volcano surfing on Cerro Negro !

My son and wife did the volcano in February.
Going to El Transito.
Do not expect to find Home game.

You could always hop on a bus or plane and head down to Costa Rica.
There are a number of casinos with poker rooms in San Jose and one or 2 in other towns.
