Anyone able to break down board texture in layman’s terms. Specifically, wet versus dry board and dynamic versus static board?

Wet: board contains draws. Specifically flush and open ended straight draws. Examples:

:8h::9h::tc:
:6s::9h::qs:

Dry: no real draws possible except possibly gutshots. Examples:

:2c::7d::qh:
:ad::2s::9h:

Dynamic boards are ones where top pair and/or the nuts can easily change on the turn. So wet boards are generally dynamic inherently. But boards like :tc::2d::3h: are too.

Static are just the opposite. Paired boards with no flush draw and dry Ace high boards are common examples. Though obviously not all paired boards are the same. The higher the top pair on a board the more static it potentially is.
