Specifically, the blue/white/red chips found in this photo (trying to complete my set). Anyone have any of these chips laying around or have an idea where I can get them from?

You can order them directly through Classic Poker Chips. Last I checked solid with inlay on the A mold ran 1.29 per chip. The only possible issue is that its a minimum of 100 per unique chip so if you wanted more blue, white, and red you would need to buy 300 chips. I haven't check this out in a while so this info may be dated.

Good luck!

Where would I get the labels though? They don't appear to be stock designs. Would I have to order gear labels and label them myself (and try to replicate the design as well)?

No, they would replicate the chip with the inlay. I'm no expert so maybe someone who knows for sure can comment but those are chips produced by the company that predated CPC (American Standard Molding) or at least thats what t he inlay says. I would contact cpc and ask them, they may have the artwork, I have no clue. They are vendors here so PM David and ask him. I love the look of those chips, I hope you are able to add on.
