If I remember correctly, the (mint) IOC cash set was sold at last year BF sale.
It was a great opportunity.

Since we haven't had a TCR sale for a while, I wouldn't be surprised if we get another very nice opportunity like these.

Yup. I was a newbie back then and didn't want to spend hundreds on the HSI sets or over $1000 for the IOC sets. In retrospect they were pretty good deals.

You know, I'm a newer member here on PFC. Started in September. I've been buying up a set. Trading with others here. From multiple countries. It's amazing how helpful and accommodating everyone has been.....
