For the last few sales, Jim's postings have corresponded down to the second with the clock on www.time.gov. A lot of the online clocks are probably synced up to some atomic clock somewhere so it's probably not the only one that works. No need to refresh constantly for a long time, although you may want to start a couple seconds before the time ticks over.

This is also how I check into flights for Southwest Airlines where you need to check in 24 hours before takeoff to get the best boarding position.

Whew, I underestimated the value of the WSOP tournament chips.
I guess it makes sense though - can't say I've ever seen sets of those on the market. And they're awesome.
