I don’t know that term. So I presume that by « mark » you mean fan.
Yup. Huge fan. When I was a kid, my dad would go down to Cactus Pete's and I'd shuffle cards in the car. Started the degening in my blood. They used CICs for about 30 years, so it's one of those items that I just adore. Saoliver hates them and gives me crap about it, but he likes ceramics (lol drink coasters) so he has no room to talk.

Cool story man! I was also confronted with CIC chips as a child, at the age of 8 or 9 (in Switzerland!). I must have had 5 or 6 chips. There was a game park in the town of Matigny and my parents drove an hour and a half to take me and my brothers and sisters there. the park used CIC chips for the most expensive activities. Each time, I only did a few of these activities, all to keep 1 or 2 of these chips out of the 4 or 5 offered per entry ticket. I had to be careful, because my father wouldn't have accepted me not spending them. The chips were NCV and the inscription on them was the name of the park "Happyland" (yes in English) with the logo which was a child sitting on a go-kart car!
Of course I lost all the chips in the 2 years that followed... True story!
