I had to be MJ about it for my profession. NO ONE was "going to be better than me"....and they weren't. I made sure of it. I took offense when I didn't know something and made a point to learn it. Be tenacious and do everything with the thought of being a life long learner, and to really do the right thing always. Apply yourself 100%, never accept defeat, and it will be impossible to fail if you do exactly that.

As always, make sure you KNOW you want to do this for a living. That IS the key
