I plan to order the Casino Royale chips from Apache. I have a decent lightweight aluminum case for the chips, but I'm wondering how I will store and transport the plaques.

I intend to order approx. 50 plaques, which won't fit in my chip case - does anyone else have the 500K & 1 Million Casino Royale plaques, or lots of plaques in general, and how do you store and transport them in an efficient way?

I store my plaques in watch cases that I got on Amazon for under $20 if I remember correctly. Best thing is there are lots of different size options. I don’t transport them though so that might be a different story.

This is a great idea! Thanks very much, just need to do some measurements once I get the CR's to find a case to fit 50

I bought an aluminum case from Amazon made for plaques. Also, I have a 1000 chip case that I modified the center portion. I just removed the dividers for the dice/card slots. I have 45 of the 500k plaques and 22 of the 1M plaques.

Yes, I have 45 of the 500k and 22 of the 1M. I modified the center of the 1000 chip versa games case. It still closes as long as the plaques are slightly angled. Like I said I have 45 of the 500k but could easily fit 10 more. The smaller case holds 22. It would hold 4 more if I take the padding out of the top.

Nice casino royale set.

Assuming those are MSKs?

Great setup there! How many chips will the case hold modified that way? What did you change to make the plaques fit?

The case still holds 1000 chips. I only modified the middle section which was designed to hold dice and 2 decks of cards. I just used pliers to pull out the dividers and the 2 blank boxes on either side of the playing card slots. Underneath it was all lined with the black micro felt so it doesn't even look modified. I have 45 of the red plaques but it would hold probably 55.

This is the verse 1000 case. I’ve got probably 10 of the versa 500 cases as I don’t feel like carrying that much weight in one case. Really nice and sturdy as hell.

3d printed cases are the best!

When that matsui gb comes in I need to order one for all of my zen plaques. Maybe get that tree on them. Ohhhh the possibilities.

Yes it is heavy! But the little bit extra they cost vs the cheap ones is very worth it. Thankfully they don't leave my house so I dont carry them too often. The 3d printed ones you have are awesome. Do you have a printer at home or did you have someone make them?

I have horse shoe plaques
I keep them in this case.....1-in a set of 4 (2x2) under each rack on the bottom tray......2---9 plaques on each side of the lower tray......3-10 plaques in each covered tray.....I have 60 plaques stashed in this case plus 2200 chips. Having everything in one case for each set is really my ideal.

What chip breakdown do you use for your tournaments? I was unsure how to utilize the plaques.

I don't typically use the 5k chips for tournament play. I only got them because they are used in the movie. I start everyone with 5M stack, 20 of 25K, 20 of 100K, 3 of 500K and 1 of the 1M. I typically 12-14 people on 2 tables. Blinds start at 25 and 50k or 100BB. This keeps me in the 4 hour range with blinds raising every 25 minutes.
