Just thought I would populate this thread with some recent jobs. Always trying to get everything aligned as perfectly as I can.

I know some members didn't want to see the Peppermills milled but they came out beautifully. And the other 3 barrels found their way to a new owner.

Just completed the first 50 light grey chips I picked up from @PGA PRO. Still have another rack to complete then I can start work on finalizing some new labels for them.

I think a better title might bring more eyes to your thread. Only reason I clicked on it was because my son just has surgery yesterday

I milled some star burst and over stamps for my flamingo relabels. The off set stamps are annoying and tough to get all the gold points. Looking good!

Thanks and I agree that some of the star bursts can be a pain. I finished milling some older ASM's with a gold foil inlay and it actually turned out kind of nice with a really thin gold ring that hopefully will still be noticeable when the new inlay goes into place.

I found that my milling rig worked the best if the bit was off set by a couple of mm and then the chip got dusty and spun in the housing creating a round hole that was actually 2 mm wider than the bit. But real tricky when the hot stamp is so far out of alignment that it is almost touching the first ring on the mold

Small job today. Only 8 chips.
Really weird how different they look in the same light only about 6 hours apart.
