Gorgeous chips, Paulo. The web mold Riverboat tourney set contains some real stunners, but the lower denominations (25c, $1, $5) of the cash set are some of the best work to ever leave the BCC factory. Surprised you haven't already snatched up everything Michael's offering, just to try and get them all in one place. (like Geico), It's what you do.

When/where did you pick up this set?


The pink/gray quarters remind me of the original Outpost Casino (Pacheo) 25c chips, one of the favorite fracs in my collection.....

Thanks Dave!! I always liked the Riverboat Tourney set with that gorgeous T1K but when I saw the cash set I was like WOW!!!

It was just one of those things... I was browsing eBay for new items some time ago and all of a sudden this set was posted, brand new... I saw it real time almost... Wrote the guy saying: "I WANT YOUR SET!! HOW MUCH? "... He gave me the price on the spot and with no bargaining at all I closed the deal... I knew if I waited even a few minutes there would be a ton of interest... Just hit the river one-outer I guess...

jbutler was asking me the same thing about the racks Michael still owns... Let's see what happens... I'd love to get all the chips together (like I did with his Speakeasy custom colors he ordered for himself) but my 'chip fund' is very low right now... Let's see, we never know... I hope one day I'll get them all together...

Man, that Outpost Casino quarter is just CRAZY!! My favorite of the set for sure followed closely by the $2... Not surprising they resemble maybe my favorite chips of all time (albeit of a different color): The Stardust $20 circa 60's...

LOL!!! Man, believe it not, when I was writing Dave I almost wrote that I could see towers of those chips "in front of Ronoh and Ben"... So funny you posted just now...
