I live in the New Orleans area.
A casino I loved to play at is in Harvey (across the Mississippi river). Boomtown Belle, a river boat casino. The boat mostly looks like a barge, but it did have engines and it did go on legally mandated "sailings" (by undocking, floating in place five feet from the pier for two hours, then redocking).
The laws changed and it hasn't had to "sail" in years, but I digress. I'm sure the engines have been removed by now.
Also a long ass time ago, they refreshed their chips. They kept the same chip colors, same mold (RHC). But changed the inlay.
Look what they changed it to.
A "giant" sized inlay that is a picture of the boat.

Who approved this and what the hell is wrong with them?
