I find that 3 year olds are very adapt learners. You could teach one to shuffle and just keep them under the table all night, feeding the decks through the slot.

No extension cord required, but you may need to occasionally drop a few Oreo's through the slot.

The problem isn't that you need to run power to it. The problem is that you aren't getting enough use out of one item to run power in that direction. By making a cart for it, you can get a lot of use out of one extension cord.

I have a surge protector mounted to the back of it, and people charge their phones with this cart.

I plug mine into a Jackery camping battery inside the side table I built for my shuffler so it's totally mobile.
