Full House
As I had posted in the past, I have gone to Seabrook/Rockingham Park in NH to play some tourneys, their rake is steep on tourneys, usually 20% rake due to being a charitable room. Some pretty decent deep stacked tourneys if you want to play every so often. Def not a place you could go weekly and be a consistent winner due to rake
But I digress, as of July 1st NH poker rooms are offering NL cash games. I know there is not a huge love for strictly NL, but this is a huge improvement on the limit games they offered before.
Here are some of the strange law stipulations, if i understand correctly
at 1/2 NL you can buyin for 300 max, but only in increments of $150, so you need to wait 2 hands to get up to $300 total. You can continue to top off to keep your stack at $300
at 2/4 NL there is an uncapped buyin, but you again, can only buyin at increments of $150, so you could buy in for $10,000 as long as you did it $150 at a time.
Here is the 2+2 thread on NE Rooms http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/2...gland-general-discussion-1087641/index97.html
Here are the respective room links http://www.playatrock.com/ and http://playatseabrook.com/
I have not visited yet, been doing a lot of summer spending and trying to get my bankroll in check. Plan on giving it a go during August at some time, hopefully. Will report back once I attend.
If anyone visits, let me know how it goes.
GOOD LUCK
