I've been here a few months but am still relatively new to the forum, and I've seen these chips come up on the classifieds a few times

Reading up and searching for information about these chips, it seems like the Sunfly group buy for these was run a few years back, but I can't find the original thread for the group buy here. I suppose my question is two fold:
1. Does anyone know who ran/spearheaded the original group buy?
2. Is there any chance that even if the blessing was given to use the art work by the original owner, that a similar buy would run again? I understand group buys are interest based, but I'm not sure if there would be enough to do another run of these.
Being a NJ resident and the chips having a very similar design to a certain casino in the area that I've frequented quite a bit before I had kids makes me really want a set of these
