All bathed and oiled, figured some family pics were appropriate!

Weren't there also spotted versions of these made? Or were those BCC chips?

Only the 5’s were spotted, as I had them
Made for bounties (using an existing inlay design). The cash and tournament sets were all solids. (And $.59 per chip in that specific buy). I added on the DG yellow T1000 chip as well, as I hated the weighted DG peach chips.

I have about 1600 of these from the original group buy. I had Asm add like 300 of a blue 1$ chip and then 100 of white non-denom that says "Good Luck."

Trivia: I was the one who suggested the Royal Cardroom name during the GB.

I seem to recall about 22k chips were made during the group buy. Once my chips reached me, I had 3 large pizzas delivered to ASM and called old Blanchard and thanked him.

Pics? Most of the cash set buyers have disappeared, and I never got a good picture of them before I sent them out.

I remember that "NAGB" well! I was going to buy a hotstamped tourney set but Jim B did some testing and the FDL mold was not cooperating with the stamping machine. So he offered a great deal on inlaid solids but I just wasn't feeling it.

Some chip sets *never* die...

What do you folks think?

Along with those blue 1$ and the "Good Luck" chips above, I'm thinking of doing these below for the 5$, 25$, $100 :

Screw it. I'm putting in the order on Monday.

I will be the first FDL set for the next round....9-12 months according to CPC.

I've waited 11 years to complete this set....I can wait one more for the best chipmakers on the planet....

Because I am lazy and because I haven't taken proper full shots of the set, I am going to just post a quick shot of these now. I guess this has kinda' become the Royal Cardroom tribute thread.
