ASM 425 pc blank mold tournament set
$190 + shipping

425 blank chips on the blank mold made by ASM under Jim B. The chips haven't seen any play as far as I know but a couple have just a little gunk (splash of beer?) on the face on one side.

Under $.50/ per! Blank chips on this mold now go for $1.05 each from CPC.

Breakdown:

85 green
135 grey
45 lavender
75 yellow
85 orange

i believe he'll do it for 15c/face, but that's from memory.
the bigger concern is whether you can hotstamp a no-mold; if there's no recess, they might not be able to stack (the stamp may protrude).

They are very easy to stamp but will need to be scraped afterward. Years ago I stamped some for someone over on CT...I think it may have been emptypocs.

I've been experimenting with drill press and router. Only destroyed a few chips so far......

Maybe try a Dremel with a Dremel drill press. Might be easier to control
