On the prices page, in the section 'Artwork' just below the tables, there are two links.
If you use Adobe Illustrator then the first version is an 'interactive' template with guidelines for each size. Unless you have AI, don't bother downloading it.
The second version is a PDF version to show you the dimensions etc. which you can use in other apps.
