My guess would be no. The diamonds on Paulson chips are thinner. The diamonds in plastic chips almost look like a square, that’s tipped at a 45 degree angle.
The ones in the photo look like tipped squares to me.

Doesn't mean they are bad chips, though. Look for injection mold pips inside some of the diamonds for the older, better version of these. If the injection mold pip is in the inner ring, then it's mostly garbage.
