I've never seen RT with a rim that large. But they could easily be RT.

I'm not familiar with RT plastics having either that spot pattern not that small of a decal. Not saying they're not, because info on RT's is hard to come by. Definitely not Bud Jones though.

My inclination is cheap metal-slugged chips.

I have RT in same spot pattern and label size in a box somewhere. The clincher for me would be if you peel off a label the color underneath would be same as spot color not base color. I think RT are sort of a 2 piece chip welded together.

Interesting... My RTs had a series of holes under the label, while your were solid. Different molds, obv, but I would have thought that they would share production similarities.
