Apache Royal chips (1 Viewer)

So i ordered some royal samples and really loved them so i just bought a good size quantity and they came in way more fades and dull with the colors pf the chips than the samples. The samples are bright and shine nicely and the real set looks bad….is there anything i can do? Should i just not buy royals?

Try wiping with a damp microfiber cloth. That should get some of the factory dust and bring out the colors better.

Some people do oil China clay chips, and some don’t. You could try with a minimum amount of pure mineral oil on a cloth on a small amount to see if it helps more.

Where did you get the samples? Another member? If so, they've likely been cleaned and oiled.

Wipe them down with a microfiber cloth and mineral oil. Makes all the difference. I love my Royals

Put them into play a few times and they're all good now. They've seen about ~30 games of poker and am super happy with them!
