Those are the old ~13 gram nexgen chips. Slugged chips just a step above dice chips. Can't find anywhere to order them anymore but they were very cheap (rightfully so)

I own a huge set of these. Only know them by the “casino” name. I believe they’re 13 gram.

Nice feel considering they’re a budget chip

They're not Nexgens. Theyre cheap copies.

So you all are saying i can put my own stickers in the middle and not worry about making some collector cry lol. Thanks for the info on them, i do like the feel and only paid 60 bucks tor them with the fancy case so not worried about the value ;-)

I agree, I don't think they're Nexgen's, but, they'll take an inlay (sticker) and depending on how many you got for $60 you probably got a good deal. Sticker them up and play some poker.

I owned a set of 850 of theses. I gave them away ages ago, I think when I lived in New York.

They're not bad for what they are. Cheap slugged chips, but something closer to a chalky/textured feel than slick, clangy plastic chips.

I always think that these are Nextgens but apparently they are not. That said for super inexpensive plastic chips I actually love them. I had 1000 of them like 20 years ago. Of the slugged plastic type they are by far my favorite. YMMV.

It does seem like a thread about these pops up every other week. What gives?

I wouldn't put that label on those chips, its like putting lipstick on a pig.

That label deserves ceramics, or CPCs!

Group buy when? I am in for a rainbow dragon poker set, I'll even help with the getting the artwork ready for printing if need be

she wanted to start an etsy store and so i agreed to buy her some stickers from sticker mule but the deal was she had to make me some stickers i could put on the poker chips. If there is interest in a group buy to do something in ceramic i would be interested but i have never done anything like that before. Right now its a 5 25 100 set. Purely because thats the color of chips i had laying around. And we havent even received the actual stickers yet we just did a mock up by printing her art.
