I have researched this and believe it to be “counterfeit”. The only official reference I can find on it was a brief mention that Paulson made it and MGM never approved it and in fact told Paulson to cancel any made. The official was on a yellow chip with a Paulson overlay on one side as pictured below.

Any close item that’s real is below. I’ve never known MGM to have a 10’er in recent times.

According to the NGC report, the first ones were real:

The second one which is yellow with 3ta316 spots was also ordered by the casino, but I'm not sure whether they were used, given the lack of information on the report:

I meant that the eBay one is fake I believe

Fake in what way? Not Paulson-made? Not the original inlay?

I would wager large sums of money -- giving large odds -- on neither of those being true.

In what other ways could it be fake -- CGI, aka just a virtual image and not a real item?

well interestingly enough listed on eBay with the other 5 or 6 just like it are a sheet of inlays of that very chip. I asked the seller if they were authentic and he said if they were fake there would be a fake coa with them. I wouldn't think Paulson would let those slip out but I could be wrong. The seller of one of the chips told me if i bought it i could cash it in at MGM for 25$. That made me laugh, cash in a 10er for 25!! Ill do that all day long.

Tyson's opponent was actually "Bosa". They used Mike's pronunciation.
