I was looking for some card reviews and oddly enough, the main photo in the article caught my eye. Any clue or idea what kind these may be? I've done a fair amount of searching with various keywords, but no dice.

My initial thought was make playing cards stock design. But don’t think they match up.

pulling a blank here....maybe Joe @JMC9389 or Geremie @Geremie can help ?
I suspect a cheap chinese deck or casino custom

A bit like Piatnik but not quite...
I am afraid that is not a plastic deck..
I like font on Aces

They look like Nevada Jack, poker size, regular index.

Even if OP's picture didn't clearly show that the cards have 4 corner indices, the font and design from your pic are very much different. These aren't it.

You are right. My bad. I got carried away by the thin club. Can't help either with the brand.

I've seen them before, I think they are paper the :clubs: would be the focus to match, likely 'overly affordable' ;)

non brand box set with xmas filler type games.
