Andy's Palace, Toys for Tots Christmas game! Edition No. 5!! Denver Metro Area, December 3rd!! (1 Viewer)

The first four years were so successful, but unfortunately due to the the pandemic and life changes (first baby), I haven’t been able to host this game. After a two year hiatus, we’re back!! The previous editions were very successful! Let’s do it again!!

The party will be this Saturday, December 3rd!!
Doors open at 5:00p, for pre-tourney cash (pre-tourney cash will .25/.50 NLHE, only)
Main Event will start at 6:35p!!
$50 buy-in ($40 + $10 bounty, 15K starting stack)
-Bring a new, unwrapped toy OR make a $10 donation to Toys for Tots, and receive an additional 5K in bonus chips
-Also, wear an ugly sweater, and receive an additional 5K in bonus chips
So if you bring a donation item, and wear an ugly sweater, your starting stack will be 25K!!

Post-tourney cash game is .25/.50, Dealer's Choice between; Hold 'em, Omaha, SOHE, STUD, Pineapple, and more!!

This year, I will not be hosting at my place with the young baby. Game will be co-hosted at a friend’s house in Park Hill area (east of City Park). The exact address will be provided to those who RSVP via PM.

We will provide food, and some libations. If you have anything specific that you would like to drink, please feel free to bring your own.

I hope that this is a fun event, that benefits kids in our community!!

This event is open to any CO PCF members, or any PCFers passing through the Denver metro area for the holidays!

Looking to do something similar. T20000 deepstack freezeout circus tournament. Bring an unwrapped toy and you get an extra 5K chip in your stack. Toys get donated, win/win. Have fun!

I love the idea of this event!!! I wish I lived closer to Denver so I could attend. We have somewhat copied your idea for our Christmas tournament night and will be taking $10 donations for the Angel Tree charity through Salvation Army. We will be giving out bonuses for ugly Christmas sweaters as well. Since we are copying your ideas, as a thank you I would love to kick your donations off with $10 to your children's charity if you DM me with your Venmo or PayPal info.
