180 of the green $25 chips (edges not round/very clean - some NM to VG) for $2/chip

180 of the black $100 chips (edges not round/very clean - some NM to VG) for $2.50/chip

Not easy. Looked for a while then sold the chips I wanted to pair them with and then they popped up. Still kicking myself. But I guess I saved money.

Yeah thats what I thought. I would love to grab these as I've always had a thing for these chips. I just don't want to be left with an unplayable set for awhile.

Keep in mind I was away from chipping for around four years. I am in no way trying to deter a sale. @ITIS is a great guy for bringing these chips to us and breaking up the set to help everyone out. So kudos to him. Really wish I would have held on to the chips so I could have snatched up some of the $500s.

I bought those back in the mid 2000s randomly and didn't realize they would be so hard to get a hold of. It's a pretty bare market out there except for the horseshoe Cleveland Chips, but those seem pretty picked through at this point. When I bought these you could get every denomination in good shape.

I kept 5 of the 500s for myself along with a barrel of 25s and 100s. If there is anyone out there that would pick up the remainder of the chips, I'd make a deal on those 500s too. Not sure if a handful of 500s will make a difference, but I'll throw it out there anyway.
