Affordable table option for apartment - 8 players (2 Viewers)

Hi so I live in an apartment complex and don’t have the most amount of space but I am trying to find a good affordable option for either a foldable table, table topper( looking into board gaming table toppers), or play surface. I will probably only host 8 people maximum. And price point is $300ish. I know others have build their own tables but I don’t have access to the gear/space needed to create one. One option I was thinking of was going to Costco and getting a foldable table and throwing a neoprene mat on top of it.

But If anyone has any suggestions on brands or options I would really appreciate it!

I'd check out this thread and PM the OP. I like his designs but nothing he had in stock really fits my dining room table. He's looking at doing some designs sized for the Costco folding table on his next go round.
