Looking for advice and techniques on how to safely remove labels from labeled chips that have a cancellation stamp on the label. Thanks for the expertise!

The same way as if they weren’t cancelled. If you remove the label the cancellation will come with it.

The same way as if they weren’t cancelled. If you remove the label the cancellation will come with it.

What if I want to keep the label, but just remove the stamp?

We’re talking about removing cancelled inlays, not labels applied over cancelled hotstamps, right?

Then you need a special mix to melt the stamp off.
Degreaser / Oxi detergent / dawn platinum was my mix

Skip to the end for the Danny update. I still haven't tried purple degreaser but it appears to be the superior method, assuming as stated that there won't be discoloration. I will say though that removing the Crystal Park (Secondary) stamps is infinitely easier than the chips I'm dealing with though.

I have some 3x cancelled slugs coming

But for me it melts the cancellation stamp off CP secondaries. I think Danny said he did it too on some others he had
