A puzzle for you hand rangers out there. Craziest hand I've ever been a part of.

Tournament, middle stage; blinds at 150/300

Villian 1 (small blind) - bluffy calling station - 9k stack
Villian 2 (big blind) - TAG who chases draws a little too widely - 11k stack
Villian 3 (hijack) - Tight player who seems inexperienced - 13k stack
Hero (button) - balanced table image - 18k stack

We are going to wait on hero's cards for the moment - it's part of the fun.

Folds to V3 who opens to 900. Hero and the other villains call.

Flop comes :5c::2c::2d:

V1 leads for 1000. Calls all around.

Pot is now at 7600.

Turn comes :5c::2c::2d::3c:

V1 leads out for 5000
V2 goes all in for 9000
V3 goes all in for about 11500
Hero goes all in for 16000
V1 tanks for a bit and calls

Ok. What's everyone on?

:ac:x:clubs: for sure. Probably v1.

I'm hoping v3 had :2h::2s: and hero had :4c::6c: for a massive pot. That leaves v2 with :5x::5x:, but is hero going to call 3xBB PF with a suited one-gapper just because he has position?

1 right answer, no correct positions.

It's probably V2 has a variation of a flush... KcJc, Jc10c, etc... maybe? :)
I don’t think V1 is tanking and then calling with a straight when there are three all ins. I would think he needs a boat at a minimum to call.

Hero hits sf, one of villains had quads, other 2 villains top 2 full house (maybe one got a straight). Either way, hero will not shove all in if not a straight flush.

Winner winner chicken dinner. Yes, V1 is not a good player.

I've never been bet into like that holding such a monster - was the best poker feeling I've ever had at the table.

That is pretty amazing. I’m surprised one of them didn’t have quads with that board.
