Royal Flush
Had a great 2/5 PLO session (with a rock of $10 the winner is forced to pay, at The Rock). One guy on my left was super action, raising TONS of hands. Wasn't happy with his position on me but he did stack off to me pretty large so can't complain too much.
I messed up BIG TIME on one hand though. I pot it pre with:
and he calls plus a few others and we see a flop of:
I pot the flop, he calls, turn is and I've essentially got the hand locked barring some monster-under-the-bed type worrying, but like a dumbass I pot it again instead of checking and letting him bluff or catch up. He folded to my $600+ bet unfortunately so that was a missed opportunity. He stacked off a bunch before eventually leaving.
Still, had a great session, wound up leaving after about 6 hours as there was a couple that was short-stacking with $200 buyins, one fish, one mediocre reg and three tough spots left in the game (including a kid on my left that was raising frequently) and booked a nice win.
Should be swinging in there again Saturday for more action.
