These are interesting, because I haven't seen too many well used RHC mold chips. These might make a a good fractional for the Cleveland Horseshoe (may be similar condition to RHC $5 & primary $25), or PCA (similar to PCA primary $1), if there is any recess left in them.

I’m sure there’s enough there for an unlaminated label, though the hot stamping around the perimeter of the recess looks still alive enough that it might show through the labels, if labeled as is.
And in my opinion, $100 is crazy. I’m not sure they’re worth half that.

I don't disagree, but I've overpaid for a rack of chips that filled a hole in a set before (although I don't think I've paid up for a rack of 99 chips before).

Here's the thinking: if someone bought Cleveland Horseshoes or PCAs at the original sale prices, adding a rack at $100 would only increase the overall average chip price of the whole set only slightly.

Right. What chips are “worth” and what you’ll pay for them if you really want them, are two entirely different things.
