Ok...so you know what was on the pallet! 67.7mm Chipco racks that had previously been sold through PGI. These are made in the USA, super strong racks. I included a photo with chips in them to try and give an idea of how much extra space there is with different ceramic chips. I don't have any clay chips here so no idea on how they might fit.

Pricing good through 4/27/18. $1.50 per rack. We can ship up to 15 racks for $15, or up to 24 racks for $21 (US Shipping). 8.75% sales tax if shipping to California. PM the quantity you'd like to get, mailing zip code, and your paypal email address to order.

From left to right (tallest stack of 20 to shortest stack of 20): ABC Blanks, Sunfly 39mm Hybrid Blanks, Nevada Jack Textured Blanks, Sunfly 39mm Blanks, PGI Blanks. All fit very well!

These should fit CPC chips right? If the barrels are actually 67.7mm then it should be a nice snug fit.

I think fresh CPC will be very tight and border on not fitting in these. That's just what I think I remember reading though, I don't have any to test.

Yeah, I use cheapie racks for my circle-squares. 20 do not fit in a Chipco rack. But I've already ordered a box of these bad boys because this is a great deal and I like them for Paulsons.

I have some of these from a member who ordered them from PGI a month or two ago, and also have a older colour A-mold sample. Those A-molds are slightly too thick to fit.

Interestingly
  • Yak $5 Chipcos are slightly loose (they perfectly fit my "cloudy" Chipco racks, which I think are 66.7mm)
  • GOCC Yaks are slightly loose (same as Chipco Yaks)
  • PGI Yaks (5c and $1) fit snugly
  • Casino Aztar Chipco's fit snugly (they have the Chipco "CI" mark)

Dang... I was hoping they would work well with old-school ASMs...

What about old-school BCC? Any idea how snugly they fit?

Paulson/Unique racks are 66.7mm. Chipco racks are slightly larger, but still a very reasonable fit for mint Paulson, BCC, most ceramics, and 39mm hybrid chips (all of which also fit in the Paulson/Unique racks). Although surprisingly, some mint Paulson chips are just a tad too tight in Paulson/Unique racks until being played a few times.

The PGI-produced acrylic Chipco racks are great. A few ASM/CPC molds will also fit (case-by-case basis), and some of the newer/thinner china clays also fit.

Too many different racks with the same names. Apache lists "Chipco Racks" at 66.7mm. I guess 1mm isn't going to make a huge difference.

Both the original flexi/cloudy and newer clear acrylic Chipco-branded racks are slightly larger than 66.7mm -- probably around 67.2mm I'd guess, without actually measuring mine. The PGI-branded casino racks are somewhere in-between the two.

67.7mm just seems really big to me, I've always thought that size was sold for most of the ASM/CPC chips., and that 68mm-70mm were needed for the thicker china clays.

Gene, did you get any of the Palm Gaming branded racks, too? @ABC Gifts and Awards

I had a pallet of the Chipco racks molded...I'll be getting everything else in a few weeks. 67.7mm was the absolute highest number I got on the micrometer. Without pressing maybe it's in the range of 67.2mm. I'm not sure of the standard measuring methods for chip racks, that's why I included photos with some different chips. I'm guessing there will be folks on here who are much more concerned with the fractions of millimeters than I. o_O

I recently snagged CSQ mold cash chips... and the 67.7mm racks that fit my CPC AMold chips perfectly, do not fit my CSQ chips. They are too tight. I’m guessing I need 68mm chip racks... ? Sucks getting cheap racks as you never know what you’ll be getting. I’d rather get racks from a reputable dealer like yourself.

Sounds like these racks are probably too tight for those chips. 67.7 is really the max size I got out of measuring them.

For what it's worth, I had ordered some racks from Gene, and just tested them on Paulson THC chips (excellent condition):

The left barrel is pressed against the top of the rack, and the right barrel against the bottom of the rack. There is a smidge of space, but nothing to cause concern IMO, and the chips don't move much. Tried the same thing with mint RHC chips and results were the same.

The racks feel solid and strong, so overall highly recommended (especially at this price!) :)

Thanks again Gene for offering these!
