Purchased a few months ago at Classic Poker Chips dot com along with hundreds of other chips. These are brand new, no wear and tear, never used in game play. Realized I bought too many so I'm selling this set.

All chip edges have been lightly oiled with quality food-grade mineral oil to pop the colors.

Here's the breakdown:
$1 x 60
$5 x 150
$25 x 150
$100 x 100
$500 x 65
$1000 x 50
$5000 x 25

Pricing: $1000 and $5000 chips: $2 each (Official Price at CPC averages out to $2.50 each)
Lower denomination chips are $1.75 each (Official price at CPC averages out to $2.20 each)

These chips are heavy but if you buy over 100 chips, you get free shipping. :)
Otherwise, USPS shipping charges apply, will calculate upon request.

Also selling Versa Games 600pc Deluxe Poker Chip Case Carrier in Gray Color (also known as a "bird cage"): $50 + $5 shipping.

Here's a video of the chips I made: https://youtu.be/mlCzg4PUUKQ

Gorgeous chips. Maybe a current owner of a set could use these for an add on.

That's a tough breakdown. Not enough to do a cash game and pretty tight to do a tournament. I love the 100s and 5ks though! Would be a beautiful set.
Agreed, but I wasn't buying them for game play so my breakdown didn't focus on making it a "playable" set when I ordered it. That's why they're completely unused and essentially brand new except for the oiled edges.

Just wanna thank you for posting and offering this to the crew. This is a great deal, 600 brand new chips for essentially the price of 500 chips - plus that awesome case and chip holders! Unfortunately for me I've had to put my chip buying adventure on hold, but just wanted give a shout out because it's a great deal and I like these chips.

GLWS. The denoms kinda work for me but at the moment, not yet deciding what type/brand of chips I'm going for. Following for now.

Hi, I still remembered your write out of the first post and GLWS

I don’t think the reason that the set is not moving is because of the price, it more of a case of undesirable breakdown

(breakdown is important even if you are not planning to use them for playing and just to look/feel them around)

Maybe you can try splitting as you will have a much higher chances of success in selling by splitting the set into multi lots to multi buyers

This breakdown isn't that "unplayable" in my opinion.
It can be used for tournaments using T5 as base chips.

Starting stacks of 2000 on starting blinds 5-10 (200BB) or 5-5 (400BB) :
T5 x 15
T25 x 13
T100 x 6
T500 x 2

You still have 2 extra T100 per player to issue a 10% on-time bonus (2 x T100) + enough T100 to color-up the T5).
You also have enough T500 to issue one rebuy per player (4 x T500).
You have also enough T1000 to bump the starting stacks to 4000 or issue a second rebuy per player.
This still leaves enough T500 and T1000 to color-up the T100.

In the end, only the T5000 would not really be used with this breakdown but they would still be used in case you run shorter stacks freezeout tournament as a pre-cash game event - ex. T5000 or T7500 on starting blinds 25-50 (100BB or 150BB). In this case, the T5000 could be used at some point to color-up the T500 chips.

Only the 1 would not be really useful but still, why not using these as bounties (even though 60 would be overkill).

GLWS !

Yeah I think you're right and I'll have to do what you said. Okay, new post coming next week where I break it up into whatever lots the buyer wants.
