the pro is the backup plan, but it has card slots.
There's another trick that I've used for those types of cases.

Are you using them for Paulson chips? The reason i ask is Pauslson are thinner than dice chips, china clays or other chips, and I've been able to fit 600+ Paulsons into a 500 chip case with the card slots. These cases are typically designed to fit 500 dice chips. Each of the 10 rows for 50 chips may fit between 52 and 55 Paulsons, depending on dimensions of the row and and how used/thin the chips are.

And, the dimension of a barrel of 20 Paulson chips is very close to the width of the card sections in these 500 chip cases. And I cut a foam divider to fit snugly in between two barrels, so I was able to fit 80 more chips in the card sections that way. I don't have any pics with me, though.

Here's one of the 500 cases from Spinnetti's below.

For 600 chips I like the 500 chip Claysmith case. Just remove the card area for the extra rack.
