43mm Paulson chip rack recommendations? (1 Viewer)

Absolutely the best fit for Paulsons are the PGI branded 43mm racks that may/will now be sold by @ABC Gifts and Awards

I also can recommend the Matsui Clam Shell style racks (if you can find them), while they are not as snug a fit they do fit in most (not all) birdcages, if you need that. And when they are closed (top closed) there is hardly any play involved. Only issue is they are not as easy to find (Matsui is usually out or don't want to sell just racks)

Most all others I've tried have a lot of play, not as snug a fit, per row.

The 43mm racks that Paulson sells are made in China and the barrel fit is way too loose, even for mint chips.

Chipco 43mm racks (both the cloudy/flexi originals and the clear acrylic PGI remakes, manufactured in Florida) fit much tighter.

Do you know if these will fit in a birdcage, Dave?

Only in an oversize casino birdcage. Standard acrylics sold online (Amazon, eBay), are too small.

How would you guys recommend storing a single barrel of 43 mmmm Paulson alongside the rest of the set? Obviously don't want a full rack for just one barrel...

Loose next to the set, in a coin tube, getting one of our 3D printing or woodworking vendors to make you a custom rack with 4 barrels of 39mm and one of 43mm, or my personal course of action....sell your 43mm barrel and find a 39mm option instead.
