Both will be available.
as of right now there are:
2 x NCV chips, 1, 2, 2.50, 5, 20, 25, 100, 500, 1000, 5000.
Still to produce: DBs, bounty/seating etc.

You can start the 43mm chips wherever you like, but I won't be buying any 39mm's.

Cash: 39's Frac--5 / 43's 20 & 100 (dif 100 than tourney).
Tourney: either all 39's or all 43's.

Personally I'd have all 39's cash and all 43's tourney since I don't care for mixed sizes in sets. That said My Cincis and Jacks have both sizes in them, but I didn't get to make the call on sizes. lol
