If your interested, post.

1. I will not be doing samples. Too much of a pain in the ass
2. This is for 43 MM chips only
3. A minimum order of 25 chips is required (of each denomination being ordered)
4. If this is your first time participating in a Parks and Rec purchase you will be required to pay a .02 per chip. It maxes out at $15 bucks
5. I don't have an "order time" or a "deadline" yet. It could be next week. It could be in 3 months. Obviously any commitments will not be binding until I set a deadline.
6. We will split the pricing from ABC to me.
7. You will be responsible shipping from me to you. I will be using usps flat rate boxes
8. I will ship international.
9. I can edit these rules as needed.

For dealer buttons, minimum of 10 per design for edge printing. Plaques, minimum of 12 per design for edge printing.

I will be ordering 500 chips

Here is the bulk pricing. Right now the price per chip.

  • Buy 100 - 499 and pay only $1.09 each
  • Buy 500 - 999 and pay only $0.94 each
  • Buy 1000 - 2999 and pay only $0.88 each
  • Buy 3000 or above and pay only $0.79 each

In for 500 chips or more, if all of the various designs- including cash, tournament, bonus, seating and novelty chips are available.

All cash and tourney denoms are available (only in 43mm for this group buy). All of the accessories and novelty chips will also be available. Be advised there are minimums for everything. Everything will be available, but there are minimums for everything. The chips have to be ordered in increments of 25. I don't remember what the minimums are for the DB's and plaques. @ABC Gifts and Awards can you remind me of these please.

Its my understanding that ABC and BRPro have a 25 minimum, not increment requirement...so any number over 25 is ok with them. Or is this a group buy requirement?

I don't think your correct. Unless they changed the requirements from last year

So you're keeping the $1s for a limit set? And replacing everything else with 43mm chips?

So for non-limit nights, you'll have 43mm 25¢ through $100, with the exception of $1, which will be 39mm? Or are you also ordering some 43mm $1s?

Also,
I will be ordering 500 chips
I'll probably be getting 600 chips.

I'll be keeping 1050 x 1 for my limit set.

I'll be ordering something like

200 x 1
200 x 5
50 x 25
25 x 100
25 x 500

I'll use it for a 1/1 set. I have enough sets that have quarters already.

200 x 1
200 x 5
50 x 25
25 x 100
25 x 500

That doesn't equal 600...

I would think starting stacks of
20x$1
36x$5

That's what I would get for a $200 buyin at a $1/$2 game at the casino. Meaning you probably need 4 racks of $5's... You really don't even need $100 and $500, but I understand why to d get them.

So I assume you are planning on
$1x20
$5x21
$25x3

If you're not doing quarters, I think using 39mm $1s would be fine, IMO.

1/1 100 max

They are for Monopoly. I use this set when we play.

The breakdown that I posted is of course fluid. I would "occasionally" host a 1/2 game. Honestly, I don't think our guys like buying in for 200. Especially in a HOE game (damned if I'll ever host just NLHE again).

This looks amazing, I am new to the scene though. Are these ceramic chips? Also is there a list of exactly the art for which denominations? I have been looking at the pr0n thread and there are lots of photos of stacks and piles but doesn't seem to be one with each chip laid out clearly. I'd be interested in an MTT tourney set!

Thanks! I think I changed my mind, and would probably use these for cash instead. I personally prefer yellow to be the color for 1k tournament chips.

I'd say my cash buy-ins would range from $50 - $200, playing 1-1. Would anyone be able to recommend a good breakdown of chip denoms to handle a 9-player game? Would I need to get $25s at all?

For a 9-player $1/$1 game? Yes, you need $25s.

$1x200
$5x400
$25x80
$100x20

That's a bank of $6200 which is 31 max buyins of $200 (enough for every player to buyin 3 times with some additional bank). That should cover a 9-player $1/$1 game.

Give out starting stacks of:

$1x20
$5x36

After the initial 9 buyins, rebuys are all in $25 chips until the $25s are gone, then rebuys are in $100 chips. Rebuy players can make change at the table.

If you don't want to get $25s (or $100s), you'll need

$1x200
$5x1200

to cover the same bank. I'd rather buy 700 chips than 1400 chips. Also, without $25s, there are way too many chips on the table.
