Was it a large order?
My order was really small like 2 things and it shipped 2 or 3 weeks later after a late December order
There is an email function soMewhwre on his site. I sent him an email and he did write me back when I asked for an ETA a week or so later

It was a very small order. Just samples of the various sized fillers for matsui racks.
