So.......... 316Okay, enough terminology shenanigans here. There is no such thing as a "316" spot, which would be three equally-spaced 1/6" wide spots.
This is a 3TA316 spot pattern (also known as Paulson Style 27 or P27):

A 3TA316 pattern contains three groups of equally-spaced triple-spots with alternating colors, with the individual spots measuring 3/16" in width.
Paulson also makes a similar 3TA314 (P28) pattern, where the individual spots are 1/4" wide, along with 1TA316 (no style #), 2TA316 (P17), and 4TA316 (P30), each with either one, two, or four groups of triple 3/16" wide spots. They also make a 4TA18 pattern (P29) where the spots are 1/8" wide, and the 4TSA18 pattern (P31), where the 1/8" spots are split apart (the "bear claw").
