I took apart a table like that last year to refelt and refinish the stain & poly. It's a bit of a pain in the ass I'd have to say. The table was a little different but looks similar. The playing surface of the table I did was held down with velcro. You should be able to get your fingers or a screwdriver under the playing surface and slowly pry it up. Be careful with it though as it's probably particle board so it can break, which is what happened to me. It snapped in half so I had to cut a replacement piece with my CNC. Refelting it is easy once it's removed.
