I am wondering if anyone knows the size (mm) of this chip? I want to know which Air Tite chip holder will fit that. Prefer the Air Tite holder with no foam to avoid any foam related damage. Thanks!

What is this "foam related damage" you speak of? All I use are the ones with the foam rings, and I have never seen any issues. Genuinely curious.

No problem. Let me explain. Just a disclaimer: I have never encountered any foam damage myself, but I have ONCE read a review about the following:
If you put the foam ring case holder with your chip in it under the sun for a prolong period of time, the foam will harden and stick to the chip inside the case. It's hard to get rid of it and it will discolor the ring of the chip (especially if it's white). Again, I have no personal experience, just what I heard and tried to avoid.

Just avoid this pointless destructive experiment and you are good to go with cases that have the foam inside.
i.e. don't leave your chips in the sun for a prolonged period of time regardless of case type or lack there of..
