Warning: this thread may contain spoilers before they air on TV.

Cost
: $20. I prefer Venmo (to PCFWedgeRock) or cash, but will accept PayPal.

Participants: Capped at 27 players, but this will run with fewer.

Random assignment: Once all entries are paid, I'll randomize the list of entrants. Those 'x' entrants will be assigned to the largest 1 through 'x' stacks in the Main Event at a time when then WSOP field is about 4 times the number of entrants. The Structure Sheet does not indicate a playdown to a certain number of participants on Day 5 or 6, so I reserve the right to pick the date. If we get 27 players, this will probably be at the end of play on Day 6 (Thursday, July 11), but I may make it earlier depending on the size of the field.

Prizes: Payouts to the three entrants whose horses run the deepest in the 2019 World Series of Poker Main Event (Event #73). With 27 entrants, prizes will be $300/$150/$90. With fewer entrants, I'll maintain approximately the same percentages, but prizes will be +/- $5 to account for rounding.

Payout will likely be by Venmo first. I will try to work with winners who do not have a Venmo account, but no promises.

Having to place all my bets through my wife is a little unnerving. She is beginning to think I’m a degen. But I refuse to get Venmo and you’ve been clear on terms. I’m a maybe. If still open on Monday I’ll probably jump in.

Since it's random, I assume no one will object. But I don't want anyone getting a wrinkle in their shorts because someone's second horse beat their #1 and had it only been 13 horses, they would've won. (Hint: it's unlikely they would've gotten the same horse if a ran it with only 13 people.)

We are at 13 players right now. I have 14 open seats.

If we don't get a 14th player, any objection to everyone getting 2 horses for the same $20 (so we allocate the top 26 stacks instead of the top 13 stacks)?

Works for me.

Closed at 13 players. Everyone will get 2 entries. Day 5 is today and Day 6 is tomorrow. I'll monitor remaining players and determine when to assign horses. Again, I'm shooting for assigning horses when three times the number of backers remain, so around 75 players. I believe last year that was at the end of Day 6.

Prizes:
First Place: $145.00
Second Place: $70.00
Third Place $45.00

Here is the random order. @Chippy McChiperson gets the horse with the largest stack when assigned, @grantc54 gets horse with the 2nd largest stacks, etc, etc.

I'll transfer that list to horses once the field thins.

Day 6 resumes today at 11 a.m. Vegas time. There are 106 players left and they are supposed to play 5-6 levels today. Last year, there were 109 players at the end of Day 5 and only 26 players left at the end of Day 6.

I want everyone in this gambool to get a horse with a healthy stack... So horses will be assigned before play resumes. Here are the top 26 stacks:

I'll update the list to include your horses, but WE ARE LIVE!
