I have been following this from a distance... I didn't realize those were wagons... Looked like mountains to me from the prototypes...

That prototype was submitted before the change was made. The problem is that the Horseshoe is alo brown.

So the Pioneer was changed to green which was the dominant color in the design.

When the Pioneer Club was first open a covered wagon was actually part of the signage on Fremont St.

Excuse the really dumb question, but wondering if one would need a set of table markers for each player, so that they could select a marker with a seating chip from the bag to be assigned table/seat placement... And do the markers come numbered (Table 1, Table 2, etc)?

Guessing the answer is absolutely not, but would like to hear how they're implemented and why since I've never played in a game or tourney which used them.

I did, but not getting a sense of using the table plaque. Do most just have one on each table? Are they numbered? When s player picks a seat chip can they choose which table they prefer to play at and sit in that numbered seat?

Pretty sure nobody is buying 20 table markers to be shuffled in a bag with seat chips, but still wondering about uses other than decoration.

The seating chips (numbered 1 through 10, per table design) are used to determine the seat location for each player. The total number of needed seating chips is set aside (if 14 total players, then 7 chips each from two sets). A matching table plaque (or dealer button, your choice) is placed on each table in play, typically at the #1 seating position. Table plaques are not numbered.

Players either draw a seating chip from a bag, or all seating chips are placed face-down and players just randomly pick one. i have the players pick their seating chip upon payment of entry fee..

Players find their table that matches their seating chip design (Stardust, Pioneer, etc.) and find their specific seat number relative to the location of the table plaque/button.

Hey guys four days to go. We're doing well. Keep pitching them to whoever you think might want to a set or two.

    And push those Pioneers. ;)

I'm trying to work out a Canadian piggyback deal for shipping so I'll be in for two sets shortly either way.

@OldWestPokerSupplies is there any update to the orders, were minimums meet, are we good to move forward on Monday.

@800over , I've ordered sets as well as @kwmatt you probably could piggy back on either of our orders.

I like the idea but as soon as you have to write it down to remember it anyway, you may as well just use what was written :(

    I have updated the numbers.

I believe there are a few people who still need to order. We'll assess everything on Monday/Tuesday. I'm still hoping that we can meet all the minimums. If we don't then we'll see how close we are and go from there.

It looks good though. No worries.

    Okay, I've updated the totals.

Since we haven't met our minimums on some items I'll still be taking orders. But I am submitting our current numbers tomorrow for production for the sake of sticking to the deadlines I promised you guys.

This links are live until Wednesday the latest. Get those final orders in.

On the international orders... Canadian to be exact it was brought to my attention that the bounty buttons were causing the USPS Small Flat Rate option to disappear. If you had that problem and you do want some bounty buttons just let me know and I can set it up for you. Sorry for the trouble.

@OldWestPokerSupplies I'm getting emails from German company, with your allocation spreadsheet, saying I owe money. This is huge security flaw that my personal information has been transferred. Please explain.

What are you talking about exactly? We aren't affiliated with any German companies. Please send me an email as soon as possible.

Thanks folks for a very successful group buy!

    Ordering is now officially closed.

We're going to produce all four sets.

We will have some extra sets available for purchase but they will not be available at the group buy price and they will be likely limited to one or two of the casinos. That information will follow after shipment of the product in September.

If you have questions please contact us at oldwestps@gmail.com. Please do not send private messages.
