10NL Zoom on ACR. Not anonymous but first hand in the DB against V so no reads.
This game is not as crazy and spewy as Ignition Zone as it is not anonymous.

V limps in CO. Hero checks in BB.

Flop goes X/X. My plan was to X/R if V bet. I probably should have donked given how well this hits my range and the gutshot + BDFD.

Gutshot comes in on the turn, Hero X to X/R. V is short and jams.

Ok that's what I thought. I thought "even if he has the 8 I have 9 outs to the flush."
I called. He had the 8. Flush didnt come in. Definitely should have folded this one.

V limped for 10 freaking cents with a stack of over $8. This is exactly how these small stakes games go. In V shoes I'd limp too. Low risk as you fold any raise. But you can make a big reward if you get lucky. Mistake here is all on hero. Let V limp preflop. Didn't bet the flop. And that to me is the real mistake. Hitting the gut shot bottom straight isn't such a good thing as he found out.. I get heros line of play. Not what I would do but I get it. But why call post turn? What do you think V can have? He bet $8 into a pot of 25 cents. He has the goods.
