I have no idea where they came from (either than I bought them from PCF), interesting if they are.

IIRC, they were made for a North Korean casino in the free trade zone but were never delivered. I don’t recall if they place never opened or something else happened. I seem to remember something about a partnership with Emperor Entertainment Group of Hong Kong but I could be conflating two things here.
