Straight Poker Supplies has a decent looking 100-chip "oak" case for $10CAD, I'm in Toronto so I ordered one for local pickup to avoid paying shipping. I don't expect the quality to be great but for that price it's hard to go wrong. From the picture I'm kinda confused how the latch works though...looks almost like a bad photoshop job. I'll report back with better pictures once I've picked it up.

You may be able to squeeze another 40 chip in place of the card or 80 chip in place of both card area

180 can make a very good number for 4-5 handed poker

10c/50/$1/$5/$20 40/32/60/36/12 will give a total of 180 chip with $500 bank suitable for 10c/10c or 10/20c stake

Starting stack can be 10c/50c/$1 10/8/15 for a starting stack of $20 with $5 & $20 fully used for rebuyin only
