Okay, the way this format will work is :
I will have a starting price (in this case, my cost for the chips - $175),
and each day I will visit the thread and lower it by $1.
I don't guarantee a set time (because life, man...) but it will decrease daily.
First one to dibs it, wins it.
Paypal friends and family preferred, buyer pays actual shipping.
Easy enough?

The basic thing is I lower the price every day, and you grab them when they are the price you want to pay. You just have to hope no one wants them for a dollar more than you...
