I'm considering relabelling some chips and am currently thinking about edge spot progressions. Does anyone know of any RHC chips that have the 1/4 Pie edge spots? I know there's the Santa Ysabel 2s, but just wondering if there are any others? I'd also be interested in knowing if anyone has heard of "1/6 Pie" or "1/8 Pie" chips existing.

I can’t think of any, at least that have made it out to collectors. I’m not sure when this design was introduced but it isn’t in the 2007 GPI catalogue. Unlike the half-pie (also not in the catalogue) I believe this to be a newer design.

Sidenote, the Gardens is re-opened as of yesterday. Totally possible to go in there and check out the $2's in person. If you do go, please drop some pictures so I can see the new opening vicariously.

Fwiw, Paulson doesn't make a true 1/4-pie -- they are actually just spots/inserts added to the base slug (vs the true 1/4-pies produced by TRK and CPC).

TRK also made a few 1/8-pie chips back in the day.

looking forward to seeing what you come up with, I had similar plans, ...... someday

The Paulson version causes me to twitch when I see it. It’s just.... off for me.

Saw that you're from Toronto, although the casino table games are closed b/c of Covid right now, there's a few Paulson options for live chips near you.

Here’s what annoys me.

If I was ordering chips, this is the one time where I’d support that next size up inlay - it’s called like extra grand or something. But the inlay extends just to the bottoms of the hat brims, so it would cover up the evidence that it’s not an actual quarter-pie.

Super Grand.
