i personally think this is an excellent price for chips

I have no idea. Tried to find a precedent and nobody has sold GV primaries in a long time as far as I can tell.

I should add that the 5s are bike tires and only the 100 and 500s have sharp edges.

Every though they are bike tires, the $5 chips were some of the best looking (bright) chips IMO.
