Yes, I get nearly all my packers from Costco. I’m in southeast Michigan. My local Costco has USDA Prime briskets available most of the year for right around $3.50 a pound. There are several online distributors that sell packers. But they are $$$.

@Rhodeman77, well, they definitely won't sell before then, ;). It is tempting to make a trip out to your place with the Michigan crew. We'll see. I have been blessed to play with the AS chips several times before @detroitdad pulled the trigger. I'm very, very blessed.

I've attached a structure we have used a few times that I think works great. Distribution is T25 X 8, T100 X 8, T500 X 8 & T1,000 X 5.

@Jeff won't select the AS. We'll end playing with the Sunsets which is totally fine. Great chips. Fast forward three weeks and the AS's go up for sale without ever hitting the felt @detroitdad's place. I hope I am wrong.
